Trelawney House is an executive residential development in the heart of Bristol city centre. Dating back to the 1980s, the former office block has been transformed into a luxury apartment block comprising of 37 residential units; studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in a four storey complex.
Working with Intro Developments, SEH Commercial replaced the existing aluminium windows and doors with Sapa Casement Windows which included some distinctive feature arched windows.
The fenestration refurbishment to this executive apartment block has not only provided thermal efficiency to the building, but it has enhanced the noise attenuation and security, which are both paramount given its prime city centre location.
