Project Overview //

Building a growing reputation in the Residential Retirement sector, Homedrive House, is a brick built low rise building constructed in the 1980s. It provides retirement and sheltered housing accommodation in Hove, Sussex. Consisting of 58 flats, the refurbishment project was divided into four phases due to funding restrictions and the comprehensive refurbishment project was to replace the existing PVC tilt and turn windows and doors with new white PVC-u windows and doors.

Currently on Phase 2 of 4, the Phase 2 programme is replacing all the windows that have been identified by the management company as being in poor condition. SEH Commercial are installing 29 white PVC-u windows and four white PVC-u doors. The windows and doors will provide enhanced thermal insulation, noise reduction and all important security which is paramount in a retirement dwelling.

Phase 3 is scheduled to commence in October 2016 with Phase 4 following on in October 2017 demonstrating that SEH Commercial always work to a client’s budget allocation and scheduling.
