Project Overview //
Hamilton House Residents Association required a tailor made refurbishment plan to replace the existing aluminium windows and communal doors in the privately owned high-rise. Constructed in the 1960s, the Hamilton House building comprising of 27 flats centrally located in London’s prestigious Royal Borough of Kensington.
SEH Commercial created a comprehensive programme of works to replace the existing windows and doors around the residential building. The aluminium windows suited both the aesthetic and logistical challenges to Hamilton House and along with observing building regulations the new windows have improved noise attenuation, thermal insulation in addition to the general aesthetic improvement to the building.
The aluminium entrance doors have provided a modern day solution increasing security as well as access operation. The project has created a new lease of life to Hamilton House and a marked improvement for the residents that reside there.
