Project Overview //
Goddard Place is a residential development consisting of individual houses and flats built in the 1990s, located in the Tufnell Park area of North London.
After the successful refurbishment of the houses at Goddard Place in 2015, SEH Commercial commenced Phase 2 in September 2016 which involved the refurbishment of the apartment’s windows and doors within the development. White PVC-u windows were installed along with APlus doors. The windows were selected for their multi-locking mechanism and lockable night vent system.
SEH Commercial ensured the smooth running of both phases on this contract consulting and delivering on the the aesthetic and logistical challenges to each property. The refurbishment has been a welcome improvement to the residences at Goddard Place enhancing safety, security, access operation, noise-attenuation,and thermal insulation in addition to the property’s aesthetics.

Working to a tight schedule within an occupied residential complex in London is challenging. Our tight knit on-site team delivered the extensive refurbishment programme, which had included decoration and external cladding on time and on budget.
The window and door replacement installation programme was pretty straight forward. We worked alongside the client’s needs and the final result demonstrates our responsibility and experience of working to a tight schedule within a number of inhabited buildings.
