Project Overview //
Berkeley Homes are transforming the former Police Station in Orpington into a residential led development. Centrally located on Homefield Rise, close to Orpington High Street, the development will provide residential accommodation which will include 83 new homes together with a health and wellbeing centre, retail space, secure basement parking and cycle storage. The development, known as Brunswick Square, will provide a range of contemporary one and two bedroom apartments in the former police station fronting onto the existing public square.
SEH Commercial were responsible for the replacement of 192 PVC-u Flush casement windows supplied by REHAU along with 93 Deceuninck sliding patio doors in addition to aluminium entrance and escape doors for added safety and security. Extensive curtain walling supplied by Reynaers provides a contemporary feel to the development maximising light and space.
Characterised by a quality specification and attention to detai synonymous with Berkeley Homes, each element of the project was carefully executed to keep inline with rigouous planning regulations and to suit the aesthetics of the former town centre police station.
