ONWARDS AND UPWARDS

Once a prominent office block on the busy Station Road, Albany House went through it’s very own make-over.

Howarth Homes secured the project to turn this iconic building into luxury 1 and 2 bedroom flats.

The West Drayton area is changing dramatically, and the imminent arrival of Crossrail will bring this area of west London ever closer to the city.  SEH Commercial were responsible for the replacement of all Aluminium windows (supplied by our partners SAPA and Aplus), and from here we set about fitting the 81 casements on both floors of the block.

We also took care of the curtain walling to the stairwells, and we also re-sprayed existing flashings.

Characterised by a quality specification and attention to detail synonymous with Howarth Homes, each element of the project was carefully executed.  The windows and curtain walling are every bit as important to the aesthetics of the building as the designer lead interior decoration (wallpaper, carpet, furniture, curtains and blinds etc.) in these open plan apartments.
