Tim has worked within the industry for over 25 years, working for a number of large companies within the Commercial sector.
Tim’s vast product technical and construction knowledge, along with a track record in bid management, sales and marketing, allows him to ensure we always find solutions to meet our clients project requirements. This in turn helps us ensure that the customer journey within the company is second to none and always at the forefront of the team at SEH Commercial.
Working in the construction industry for over 25 years Mick has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the window fenestration industry. From his early days as an installer Mick has worked his way through promotions to become SEH Commercials Senior Contracts Manager.
Mick is proficient at managing subcontractors and direct labour, whilst maintaining a close working relationship with clients and contractors. Mick’s pride in delivering a first class service and within budget constraints is part of the commitment SEH Commercial offers to our clients.
Working in the window fenestration industry for over 25 years Ian has a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction.
Highly motivated; Ian ensures our Clients remit is fully understood, and compiles CAD and working drawings for all projects. From estimate, to pre contract meetings, and handover to our onsite operational team Ian is a key link in our communication chain with our client.
Joanne has work for SEH Commercial for 4 years and is fully responsible for the Commercial accounts department.
Qualified in sales and marketing, Paul has gained over 24 year’s experience of the property industry, together with a unique blend of experiences from both the private and voluntary market place sectors.
Along with a proven track record in business development, generating sustainable, controlled growth of both our brand and sales order book.
Ellis has been in the window industry for the last 30 years. He began his experience as a window fitters’ labourer, but over the years, he went on to become a window and conservatory fitter predominantly for the commercial sector. Over time, Ellis progressed as a site supervisor and finally a Contracts Manager.
Qualifications: SSMTS, CSCS, First Aid
Nathan has been working with SEH Commercial within the busy Estimator division supporting the sales team. He has experience working in operations and has also worked in a customer support role
Danny previously worked within the building trade supplying all sectors with materials, machinery and equipment. He is now learning all technical aspects of fenestration products and gathering an understanding of all that is involved within SEH Commercial.
Danny is also undertaking training on the important AutoCad drawing systems (under the guidance of Max Rozwadowski). This is paramount in providing detailed technical information on all projects.
Tony started his career as a junior draughtsman in 1978, working for several of the larger aluminium façade companies and progressed onto a senior role before relocating to Suffolk. With over 15 years experience working as Production Planner for a major fabricator, he has ample experience in the field of project management and now relishes the challenge of Design Management at SEH Commercial.
Since leaving school, Lee has worked in the fenestration industry as a window installer for over 29 years and has been at SEH Commercial for over 8 years. His career began at SEH Commercial as a window installer and more recently he progressed to a Site Supervisor role. 2018 has seen Lee embracing the opportunity and challenge of becoming a Contracts Manager.
Mark served his early years as a City & Guilds Carpenter & Joiner for 10 years. He became Contract Manager for Vulcan Aluminium installing curtain wall installations for 3 years, and also as a window installer for a number of companies for over 9 years. Mark also worked as a window surveyor for Everest for 11 years, before becoming a Contract Manager/ Surveyor for SEH Commercial.
Nick is a carpenter and joiner by trade and started installing PVC approximately 28 years ago. Nick was part of the Boulton and Paul PVC design team when they introduced their range to the new build sector, and has over 20 years experience in management.
Over the years Nick has worked in management roles for various window companies, and has been contract manager on various sites ranging from new build to refurbishment on high rise blocks. Nick has extensive experience on working on projects worth millions of pounds.
Paul has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years working his way through a variety of roles. He has been at the supervisory /management level for the last few years prior to commencing with SEH commercial in January 2017 and his qualifications include; SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid. He joins the SEH Commercial team as a Site Supervisor.
Simon has joined the expanding SEH Commercial team having previously worked for over 40 years in the heavy construction industry. His wealth of experience includes the widening of the M60 bridge over the Manchester Canal, the construction of Heysham, Torness and Sizewell B Nuclear Power Stations, in addition to the construction, installation and commissioning of offshore oil and gas platforms off the coast of Nigeria and in the North Sea. Simon is now learning about the commercial window industry as a commercial estimator.
Coming from an architectural background, Marcos has gained experience over the past 15 years in a variety of design led roles varying from lead architect to senior designer in both the UK and in Honduras. His most recent UK held positions were Project Designer at Roofing Solutions, Senior Designer at Retail Design Solutions and Lead Architect at Star Design Solutions. Bi lingual in Spanish and English, Marcos has joined SEH as a CAD Technician.
Bi lingual in Spanish and English, Camilo is from an architectural background, with over 10 years experience in a variety of design led roles in Honduras. Most recent roles includes MDF Furniture design and Urban Design. Along with CAD design skills, Camilo was involved in drafting, construction, technical plan review and site inspections. Joined SEH Commercial as a CAD Technician in July 2017.
Bradley started his career at A C Leigh (Architectural Ironmongery) where he dealt with customers on a one-to-one basis and handled the purchasing for their retail customers.
After two years, he gained a GAI Foundation Qualification in Hardware. Joining SEH Commercial in October 2017, Bradley works in the Procurement department as the Procurement Assistant. In his free time he enjoys playing football.
Alex graduated in 2015 with a BA (Hons) degree in International Business Management having spent 6 months studying in China. Embarking on a graduate management development programme, he attained a CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management. More recently he enrolled on a graduate management development programme within construction and water management, learning all aspects of the business and managing multimillion pound projects. He gained experience within the estimating team, value-engineering construction drawings and producing full bills of quantities. Alex joins SEH Commercial as a Commercial Estimator.
Richard joined the SEH Commercial design team as a Project Designer / Scheduler in March 2018 bringing a wealth of experience with him. He started his career as an Architectural Technician and joined Anglian Windows Home Extensions Division. He continued his worked in the Window and Conservatory Industry as a Freelance Design Technician / Surveyor and as a Project Manager / Surveyor for Sunfold Systems (Aluminium Folding Sliding Doors.) Most recently he has consulted for a Passivhaus Product Supplier based in Ireland, in addition to working as a freelance architectural designer on bespoke domestic architectural designs.
After leaving full-time education, Mark started his career in the window industry as an Operations Manager for PFL (part of the Crittal Group). He worked within the Plastic Extrusions Window Department where he managed the day to day operations and sub contractors, and also managed an extensive team. His next move was to ESH Architectural Aluminium Company where he worked as a Contracts Manager for over 12 years. Mark plays golf and cycles in his free time and joins the expanding SEH Commercial as a Contracts Manager.
Martin has a wealth of experience in the fenestration industry, embarking on his career as a Factory Manager at Heyward & Co, then moving onto World of Windows, and finally, Imperial Doors. After 10 years as a Factory Manager, he moved to Dualglaze Services Ltd where he was the Managing Director for over 6 years. From here he moved to a Trade Development Manager role at Fairdeal Windows. Mark has broad experience in subcontractor management, surveying, installation and product sourcing, and he joins SEH Commercial as a Contracts Manger.
