    Merger of both businesses to SEH BAC – average order values less than 75k

    Became SEH Commercial Ltd (brand was developed) – average order values approx 100k

    Upscaled operation by working with larger clients and a wider variety of industry sectors – average order values approx 200k

    One Group Construction incorporated. SEH Commercial Secured International projects – introduction of Richard Neall (CEO) – average order values approx 200k

    Rebrand of SEH Commercial and introduction of Tim Hoelzer (Director) – average order values approx 300k

    Formed Partnership agreements with world's leading systems providers (Reynaers / REHAU / Sapa / David Salisbury Commercial) – average order values approx 500k
